No other manufacturer offers the functions we have, our Pin Holders are bolted on and not welded, this is unique because you can add more than one pin brace meaning a stronger hold on the pin, ideal for heavy beam screeds, from 200mm upwards you can have up to 3 pin braces holders.
Our Road Form is also perfect for High Rise slab edges because the Pin Brace Holder can be swapped for a Push Pull Prop and foot which screw onto decking, meaning you have a per & post pour adjustable edge shutter and one that you can also use the pin brace holes to attach a handrail to! We don't recommend more than 600mm and even then it depends on your pins and ground conditions, realistically over 400mm we would recommend you use our Super-Form Formwork Bracket system.
This is a simple answer, our Zinc coated will out last plain steel by many years, all our Hire fleet is zinc coated, for the small amount extra you will have a road form that looks good and lasts so much longer than plain steel, we would always recommend zinc coated, over 70% choose zinc coated.

The Slab edge version can also be used on concrete blinding, by drill and pinning them with a standard nail to the ground.
We have 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 & 300mm high Road Forms with ability to stack gives you additional heights of 350 / 400 / 450 / 500 / 550 & 600mm, though see FAQ on Stacking!
Our road forms are unique, we are the only system to offer 1.2 / 2.4 & 3m road forms.
Next question is which is best?
We would say that the 2.4 is most popular, it offers a good compromise on length but is easier to handle than a 3m, easier to transport and less prone to bending. The 1.2 is great for filling in smaller gaps as is our unique ply attachment which allows small plywood inserts to fill gaps.
Yes we do BUT only on sales and we don't stock plain road forms, all hire road forms come with Dowel caps as standard in any case if dowels are not required and all road form sales also come with the caps, which we also sell, so in our opinion its better to have the dowel holes in case you need them, the caps fit very snugly so don't affect the finish.
